East Adelaide Table Tennis Club was established in March 2002, taking part in the TTSA winter pennant season. Our activities have expanded to include multiple practice sessions, coaching, spring and summer competitions and three weekday social sessions.
We are based in a large indoor stadium within the Steve Woodcock Sports Centre, which is also the home of the Campbelltown Soccer Club. Our stadium has a sprung timber floor now newly covered with HiAce, with nine permanent tables, able to convert to twelve tables when required.
News
Table Tennis Australia is pleased to announce that Kay Crowell, a club member, has been inducted into the TTA Hall of Fame (Veterans) as of 19 October 2019 (download the citation). Kay is an icon of Veterans table tennis and has been an outstanding contributor to table tennis in Australia, including her coaching in the state and our club.
TTA also announced that two club members, Trevor Walker and Frank Ford, are to represent Australia in the 2020 New Zealand Veterans Test Match, to be played in Christchurch on 9 April.
